45 plus years of being in the bulk commodity handling business has to speak for itself. The amount of knowledge and experience gained in that time is invaluable and has allowed us to service the entire spectrum from the supply of base componentary (barrel, flite etc...) to the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the largest grain handling facility.

In that time KEOGH'S have been involved in projects as the sole contractor and also as sub-contractors or suppliers of machinery only. Being 'easy to get along with' we do not mind sharing the job around. Our main goal is for the job to be done correctly and to function as planned.

As previously mentioned our abilities start at simple supply of base componentary and span through to standard machine design and supply, custom supplies, general engineering work, R & D design and manufacturing and full system or plant design, including electric control systems.

Below is a list of recent and prominent custom jobs :

• Design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of a 500 plus tonne per week feed milling plant for RIVERBANK STOCK-FEEDS of Werribee VIC, a chicken feed supplier. Specifications include 3000 tonne of on site grain storage
• Design, manufacture and supply of an 'over silo' drag chain conveyor system for MEC. System was for the first rice receiving plant in central Victoria, located at Mitiamo,
• Design, manufacture and installation of a legume storage and handling system at Horsham in Western Victoria.
• Re-design, manufacture and installation of an existing system at AMAROO FARMS, southern central NSW. Specification included a high capacity in-loading system, reclaim system, transfer system and all required catwalks and ladders, and all to be installed in 3 days to minimize plant shutdown. Successful installation and commissioning was achieved in the required time,
• Design, manufacture and installation of a 30 metre long Centre Pivot Auger, pit auger and short truck loading PORTABLE AUGER for a semi-circle of silo's for MEC. Center pivot auger was based on a 250 mm unit (10") and was supplied to MEC for their installation for KULLAROO FARMS in South Central NSW,
• Design, manufacture and installation of a large grain storage system in Kaniva S.A. Specifications included that the INLOAD system handle both grain and super-phosphate. Storage system was based on 4 of 42' diameter Smorgan Cyclone silo's, a 30 meter Keogh Bucket Elevator, Keogh Heavy Duty Agricultural Silo Unloaders and Flat Belt Conveyors,
• Design, manufacture and installation of a RIBBON MIXER for mixing gypsum and other additives for a cornice adhesive company. Mixer was designed for a 2 m3 batch and included gland packing seals, 6 mm thick material and access platforms and a pre-blender for mixing special additives,
• Design, manufacture and installation of a TROMMEL for Cairns City Council in Queensland. The unit was used for reclaiming soil from an old rubbish site and including a loading hopper and belt and a water spray system.
• Design, manufacture and installation of a 3 tiered RIBBON MIXER system that included batching software and electrical control. MIXER incorporated a 2.0 tonne weigh tier (top) with full length bomb bay doors, a 2.0 tonne ribbon mixer (centre) with liquid supplement injection and a 2.0 tonne dump hopper (bottom). Batching System included PC based software and in-house built 'input and output' boards, full batch/recipe/customer data entry, logging and retrieval and complete control of all in-feed and out-feed plant items (40 odd in total). The system also includes a remote dial up system for monitoring and upgrading of the batching software.
